On occasion within any website, fraudulent inquiries do
occur .

Recently, we had some of our properties listed in
another web site and an email inquirer supposedly
from abroad made requests(after several E-Mail
exchanges) for bank account numbers to deposit their
earnest  money  for the purchase of our home.

While this may or may not be legitimate, it is not
considered advisable  Other payment methods may be
slower, but more secure.

Likewise, do not agree to accept checks in excess of
the agreed Purchase Price or rental amount with the
understanding  that you will send back an excess
amount.  This is a classic Internet fraud scheme where
the check sent to you is ultimately found to be
fraudulent and worth nothing.

If it sounds too good to be true... It probably is!

If you receive such an  E-mail, you should forward it to
your Spam mail.  If you are unaware how to do that,
you can FORWARD it to us, and the webbie would be
happy to handle that process for you..
